A Project Management Framework provides a structured approach to managing projects by defining key phases such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. It incorporates processes, best practices, and tools that guide project teams through each phase, promoting efficiency and alignment with stakeholders.
