Moving Food Stuff Safely course equips learners with the applicable protocols and regulations related to food safety. Participants will be trained on safe food transportation procedures such as temperature control, prevention of contamination, quality control packaging, and hygiene protocols. It teaches compliance and adherence to international standard and regulations set by HACCP, ISO 22000, Food and Drug Administration, and other governing bodies. Special focus on cold chain logistics risk management, alongside safe handling processes and emphasis on food handover procedures is provided for highly perishable items. This training is aimed at professionals in the food sector, transport operators, and logistics agents which enables them to mitigate food safety threats by preventing deterioration and facilitating safe delivery of food items. At the end of the course, participants will be able to demonstrate the ability to operate food transportation with ease while adhering to safety checks and quality assurance in food logistics.

Having completed this training, participants should understand how to manage the food products’ warehousing and storage to comply with food safety standards, regulations, and contamination avoidance methods.
