Health and Safety in Workplace Transports course addresses issues associated with the care of people, vehicles, and the activities in which they are involved while considering their safety at all times. In this course, learners will be taught on the transport hazards that are associated with the workplace, how to carry out the risk assessment, and risk control measures for accident prevention for forklifts, trucks, mobile machinery, and other vehicle work equipment. Principal subjects comprise: management of walking ar eas nd of traffic (flow of vehicles), maintenance of vehicles, protection of pedestrians, health and safety Loading and unloading bay areas, other procedures that people who use vehicles for work activities, and the transport s afety compliance. This course covers the best practices in transport-related incidents in regard to route designation, speed limit, signs, aids, and attend to the emergency. It is intended for transport managers, operators, safety officers, and other personnel in the transport sector. attainment of this course will enable the participants to know how to implement reasonable steps to avoid the possibility of being involved in transport incidents.

  • Command movement to improve security and add non-mobile guards, walkways, as well as other visual and physical markers that improve safety.

Emergency Preparedness And Compliance

  • Plan and conduct transport incident response exercises as part of emergency preparedness for workplace transport events, as well as transport drills.
